Q4. How much is a Prosell franchise?
| Answer: The all inclusive cost of a franchise is $50,000. The cost covers Prosell’s expense in investigating your market, training fees, support activities as well as all other fees and charges. $5,000 of this initial cost is spent by the franchise partner on marketing activities to secure immediate clients. |
Q5. What makes Prosell’s service so unique?
Answer: Prosell delivers genuine business improvement and a tangible return on investment to our clients by:
- Ensuring there is a congruency between corporate strategy and operational strategy
- Creating a balance of skill and activity measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the operation
- Facilitating a change in both attitudes and behaviours which have a positive impact on results
- Making the application of new learning and business processes part of everyday use
More importantly, our services recognise that training, on its own, does not work. The way in people are supported in applying what they have learnt in the workplace brings about genuine performance improvement. It is this distinct difference that makes our services so unique.
The reasons why training on its own does not work include:
- Sitting people in class rooms, putting them in front of PCs, or sending them on a team building course doesn’t make them better where it counts – in the workplace
- Training does not create expertise; it merely shows people what ‘best practice’ looks like
- 86% of all skills training fails to get people to the point of competence and therefore does not transfer from classroom to workplace (Detterman & Sternberg, 1996)

Q6. What makes Prosell's services so attractive to potential clients?
Answer: Smart Chief Executives recognise the need to get the best out of their people in order to attain a competitive advantage and greater profitability. They are, however, undecided about the effectiveness of traditional tools such as training, and recent fads such as leadership initiatives and change programs.
These executives are only willing to invest in development if it shows an impressive return on investment. Prosell’s services are attractive to these businesses because we only ever talk in terms of return on investment and revenue change, whilst our competitors only talk courses, seminars and events. |
Q7. How many years has Prosell been in existence?
| Answer: Prosell was first established in the UK in 1985. Prosell Pty Ltd, wholly Australian owned and operated, is entering its second decade in Australia. We currently have franchises located across the country and in the US. |
Q8. Why should I purchase a franchise instead of opening my own business?
Answer: The primary benefit of franchising is the ongoing support of an experienced organisation that is dedicated to your success. There are also other advantages including:
- Proven systems of operations and training
- The initial and ongoing support of a franchisor whose success is dependent on its franchise partners
- Affiliation with a growing chain that provides name recognition
- The ability to draw on the experiences and success of previous franchisees who have faced all the challenges and opportunities you will enjoy
|
Q9. Who selects the territories available to me?
| Answer: Prosell will discuss and agree with franchise partners the geographical territory, which is exclusive, in which you develop business. Franchise partners use their expertise in a particular market sector so that they can marry the generic benefits of Prosell’s service with the specific requirements of that industry. You will also select a statewide vertical industry sector, based in your background and expertise. |

Answer: No, franchise partners can operate from home. Prosell will help you identify virtual office providers closest to you that will provide you with key services such as:
- mail handling

|
