Generic business training courses cover off generic skills. But your business is not a generic. You are not selling ‘things’ to ‘people’. You provide CRM software to health organisations. You offer real estate services to the residents of the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Your staff and management are not generic either. The most effective business training courses are designed in response to the specific strengths and challenges of your business.
It is not financially viable to send staff on endless business training courses. That’s why Prosell works with your supervisors, managers and team leaders to give THEM the skills to carry out ongoing training for your sales and other teams. We don’t want you to be dependent on us. We want to work together to build the skills you need within your organization to make sure ongoing training is managed effectively.
If you are interested in the GAT (Government Accredited Training) courses that we offer, please read more about:
RTO services
Wholesale training courses
Automotive training courses
You may be eligible to receive government funding that pay for these courses, giving your team the benefit of nationally accredited courses.
Prosell business training courses do not attract GAT funding but they are designed to give your managers, supervisors and team leaders the skills to follow up on all sales training courses. This means that the skills your team learns during their training do not dissolve once they are back in the workplace.
Industry results show that business training courses are most effective when they are:
That is why Prosell business training courses have a three stage process:
We meet with you to ensure that we design a business training course to cover exactly what your managers need and is not full of too much theory. It will include specific examples based on your company’s standards and requirements.
Delivery is generally kept to two days. If further training is required, it takes place only after the group has shown that they have effectively implemented the key practices. No ‘false learning’. The training is interactive and practical.
Anything that is trained becomes part of a plan that is monitored jointly by Prosell and your management. The training is not presentation based, but rather uses exercises to allow the participants to practice and develop skills.
Prosell works with you to decide how the group will implement what the training covers. Specific coaching and follow up processes are put in place to measure successful implementation.
Roles are defined for Prosell, the training group, HR and any other relevant parties in this process.
The benefit of this approach is that your management only receive training that they actually need everything gets implemented and measured.
If you want to implement real, long lasting change within your organization, we welcome the opportunity to discuss and design business training courses designed specifically for you. Contact us to find out more.
