Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak mental ill-health cost Australian businesses $12.8 billion per year. Not only will this increase, but all managers now need the skills to negotiate the anxiety and uncertainty that exists.

Prosell has developed a number of programs, which allow an organisation to set a clear strategy and plan to create Mentally Healthy Workplaces, as well as train all managers in the skills and activities needed to engage with their teams and provide the right support.

These programs can be delivered through face-to-face training, online learning, and remote facilitation.
